6.1 Overview

The FileMarket ecosystem operates on a multi-token model, ensuring decentralized, scalable, and transparent dataset monetization. The system is built around two key types of tokens:

1. $DATA Token – The primary ecosystem token used for governance, staking, dataset transactions, and validator rewards.

2. DatasetX Tokens – Each dataset has a unique token (DatasetX), where X corresponds to its smart contract ID, allowing permissionless dataset creation and monetization.

This model transforms datasets into tradeable digital assets, where anyone can initiate a dataset collection, launching a DatasetX token and creating a self-sustaining data economy.
